Shipping Notice: Due to COVID restrictions, our courier service New Zealand Post are experiencing minor delivery delays of 1-2 days across the country


If you are not completely satisfied with your print or it doesn’t suit your living space, we are more than happy to offer you a refund, store credit or an exchange, this is on the proviso that the print is returned to us within 30 days of your purchase and is in its original condition.

If you wish to return a art print please email us at or phone us on 0800 278 774 with your order number and we will in turn provide you with step by step instructions on how to return your item.

To ensure the print arrives safely back with us we recommend that you use a courier/postal service that offers tracking. We also recommend you use the original packaging to ensure that the print arrives back to us in its original condition.  Unfortunately if the art print is returned to us damaged or gets lost in transit we will be unable to provide a refund.  If you are returning your print due to the above reasoning, the return shipping cost will be at your cost.

If your print arrives and in the unlikely situation where it is damaged, or not what you had originally ordered, contact us and provide us with your order number. We will, at our cost organise to replace the damaged print. If we are unable to replace the damaged print we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

Replacement prints, exchanges or refunds occur within 7 days of Smash Crab receiving the returned print.
